A variety of facilities are available for hire at The Wellfield Centre, including multi-purpose rooms, halls, a dance studio, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms are bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light.

including our Sports Halls which is suitable for group sessions & indoor activities.
All rooms are bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light.
Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen is available for your use
The Astro Pitches, are located at Streatham Vale Park, which is an important medium-sized open green space within a fairly urban area.
Prices to Hire any room/Hall:
£37.50 per hour for one-off or irregular use or £25.60 per hour for ongoing use.
The minimum hire period is 1 hour, this should include your set-up/clear-up time, any time exceeding your booking time will incur a charge of £10 every 10 minutes
A refundable deposit of £50.00, plus an out-of-hours booking fee of £30.00,
is required in CASH to be paid on the day of the event, totalling £80.00.
Please note that only the £50 deposit is refundable.
(out of hours is after 5pm Monday – Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday)
